Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Welcome to Tanzania!
Upon landing at
Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Take the day to relax and prepare for your thrilling safari adventure.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Land of the Giants
Your journey begins with a visit to
Tarangire National Park, renowned for its herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. During the dry season, the Tarangire River attracts thousands of animals, including zebras, wildebeests, and predators like lions and leopards.

Day 3: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we travel to
Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem known for its flamingos, hippos, and tree-climbing lions. The park’s diverse ecosystems range from lush forests to open savannahs, making it a birdwatcher’s paradise with over 400 species.

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Today, we journey to the world-famous
Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five. Descend 600 meters into the crater floor for an exciting afternoon game drive.

Day 5-7: Serengeti National Park (Central Serengeti)
The next three days are dedicated to exploring the legendary
Serengeti National Park, home to the Great Migration. The
Central Serengeti, known as
Seronera, offers some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities, with lion prides, leopards, and cheetahs frequently spotted.
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, tracking the migration and other wildlife as they roam the endless plains. Optionally, take a
hot air balloon safari for an unforgettable bird’s-eye view of the Serengeti.

Day 8-9: Northern Serengeti – Mara River Crossings
Next, we move to the
Northern Serengeti, the prime location for witnessing the dramatic
Mara River crossings (July to October). Here, thousands of wildebeests brave crocodile-infested waters, creating one of the most intense wildlife spectacles in the world.
Spend two days exploring this region with game drives that maximize your chances of seeing the river crossings and predator action.

Day 10: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
After a morning game drive in the Serengeti, we head back toward the
Ngorongoro Highlands for a relaxing evening. Along the way, we’ll stop at the
Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site that provides fascinating insights into human evolution.

Day 11: Return to Arusha – Departure
On the final day of your safari, enjoy breakfast before we drive back to Arusha. Stop for some last-minute souvenir shopping or enjoy lunch in town before being transferred to
Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
